On this first date, no need to question morals; no need of asking why. This is not the time, at least not right now.
Intense passion we feel. I hastily consumed this glass of champagne. She’s unable to sit still. If I have the power to stop, I don’t think I have the will.
I ordered a vegetable plate. She settles on the salad. We both knowing quite well, at this point, it doesn’t matter.
I’m at my boiling point. She’s already sweating. I look into her eyes. She gives me a smile. I think we both are ready.
Our plates have now arrived. The waitress says, “Give me a yell. If you guys need anything else. And again, my name is Colette.” We immediately yelled, “Check!”
This isn’t the best motel, but the quickest one we could get. We didn’t talk much, didn’t want to ruin the moment.
I’m feeling unspeakable passion. Thinking I’m being a little rough, I take it down a notch. I hear, “baby please no… don’t stop.”
The room is silent now. My mind racing back and forth thinking about what has happened. Most blind dates like this, eventually, ends in disaster.
Hoping things weren’t too awkward, I asked for a second date. She laughs, says “Of course, at this point, what can it hurt?”
Although, I think we both would agree, it will be our first.
